The Cheese O' Plane shaves paper thin to 1/8" thick slices of the pumpkin depending on pressure and angle of attack.
The Microplane Grater is awesome at just shaving off the skin and smoothing large areas.
The Spoke Shave is a miniature wood plane. With it I can cut paper thin slices 1" wide. This works great on polishing the eyeballs.
